“This place is the best. Our dog, Milo, loves coming in to shop… and the staff is fantastic. Sonia, Amber, Brenda and Kathryn (apologies if I forgot anyone) always love on him when they see him. They’ve always got events going on for dogs, and they are always super helpful with finding and recommending stuff for Milo. If I could give more stars, I would. “I've been visiting the Villa Park store for a few years, the staff is always friendly &helpful. The self wash stations are convenient. I tried the delivery service for the first time and I was more than satisfied with the ease of the online order with their own staff delivery. I got my order next day and received a text when my order was at my door. Definitely recommend this store, they have customer service figured out.”
“First time in and I was greeted kindly by a woman behind the register. She gave me some advice on puppy treats and mentioned/ signed me up for their rewards program. Not only is the store nice and clean, but they’re also cheaper than the big box pet store across the street. They also tend to have harder to find brands, which is a plus! Will definitely be back.”

“Donna is incredible!! The entire staff is amazing!! I have an aggressive rescue that was abused, never socialized… (over 90LBS and still a puppy) He’s petrified of hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, umbrellas, candles!!!…lol, the list goes on!! As soon as Donna greets him, it’s like he’s meeting his long lost friend! She is able to do an entire grooming w/ furminator, cut his nails and DRYYYY HIM. He even goes crazy when I’m using my own hair dryer in the bathroom. She is an actual miracle, and truly heaven sent! They are all truly gifted and beyond patient. He really loves everybody at this location, and lets them pet him ,which neverrrr happens. (Ask my vet ????♀️) Donna has an energy that is truly unmatched. She is a real dog whisperer. I will never take my big boy to anyone else. When I tell you this woman is truly gifted, I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Donna, from both of us ? “Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!”

“This is simple the Best Pet Supplies Store hands down! The manager and the assistants are pro active in welcoming you and asking if you need help! They also know the product inside and out. Although I live 32 miles from this store when I'm near I make a stop! Am I the only person who enjoys buying Valentine cat toys for her clients. “So this was my first attempt at using the self wash station for my dog. I was on the verge of giving up. The young groomer that walked past saw my struggle and came in and helped me when i was about to give up. I want to thank you so much for your kindness and helping me get him in and staying in while i was washing him and talking to him. You were absolutely amazing and i will be back. If i had cash i would have given you a tip right there on the spot. I sadly didn’t get there name but you said you had a cane corso and a pitty. Your help meant the world to me. You are beautiful person, and i will be coming back just because of you. You even stayed in there comforting us both while i gave him a bath and he made sure he showered me. Thank you so much for your help. You are a kind person and i appreciate you so much.”
