“I want to give praise to Bentley's Pet Stuff in Downers Grove. Especially to Robert & Heather they are amazing. They have helped Vanilla Bean. I got vanilla July 17th 2022 and she had issues not wanting to eat or drink much. Robert & Heather have went out of their way. To help me get food to try to get her to eat she would eat it once or twice and that would be the end of it. I would make regular trips up there once a week. And nobody can tell us anything at the vets. We took her to the vet several times two different vets to try to find out what was wrong. Nobody can tell me what was wrong. Finally October 3rd 2023 we finally figured out what was wrong it was something calcified in her stomach. Surgery was emergency for Vanilla. Vanilla is a picky eater still but she's at least eating three to four times a day. I still go to Bentley's on a weekly basis to see if I could find something that she will eat. It's become costly with the surgery as well as trying to find a food that she will eat. Thank youRobert & Heather at Bentley's pet stuff in Downers Grove”

“Went last minute and was able to get a beautiful birthday cupcake for my niece , I was also able to obtain the birthday hats and candle !! It was delicious she enjoyed it! Will definitely be our go to place for treats. Staff was extremely friendly.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at this PetCo. I have come here for years for my hamster and dogs, but recently decided to add a kitten to my home. I was picking out some things for my kitten and there was an amazing employee! I regret not getting her name, but she's a shorter girl with dark hair and glasses. She knew absolutely everything about cats and kittens and gave me amazing advice. She also gave me plenty of online resources to educate myself further. She went above and beyond what her job calls for and gave me a fantastic experience. I really appreciate that she cared so much about my kitten and cared that I was aware of things to provide him a healthy and happy life.”

“Very very helpful and polite staff, and a very nicely stocked larger petsmart. I found the three or four items I needed here really quickly, and when I got to the line at the front of the store, one staff member notice the line was getting long and immediately dropped what she was doing to open a new register and help folks in line. They were really nice here. I would definitely come back to this location.”

“Donna is incredible!! The entire staff is amazing!! I have an aggressive rescue that was abused, never socialized… (over 90LBS and still a puppy) He’s petrified of hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, umbrellas, candles!!!…lol, the list goes on!! As soon as Donna greets him, it’s like he’s meeting his long lost friend! She is able to do an entire grooming w/ furminator, cut his nails and DRYYYY HIM. He even goes crazy when I’m using my own hair dryer in the bathroom. She is an actual miracle, and truly heaven sent! They are all truly gifted and beyond patient. He really loves everybody at this location, and lets them pet him ,which neverrrr happens. (Ask my vet ????‍♀️) Donna has an energy that is truly unmatched. She is a real dog whisperer. I will never take my big boy to anyone else. When I tell you this woman is truly gifted, I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Donna, from both of us ? And thank you to the whole Petsmart Downers Grove Staff. We are beyond grateful!!”
