Joyce was the lady who worked here when I was renting and she was super nice and very helpful. “I ordered a hitch and controller from uhaul.com Yesterday the controller arrived and after finding zero info about installation on the web I went to crystal lake store for help. Will, the tech with a great beard helped me perfectly He told me I purchased the most difficult controller to install. He pulled a Better, easier model off the shelf and swapped it out. Will took it out of the box, showed me how to install. 25 minutes later, It's now working correctly on my vehicle! I give Will 5 gold stars for perfect customer service . He listened to my problem, found a solution, and said have a great day!”
