It was ready on time, they had the appliance jack we ordered, checkout took 5 minutes, they were friendly, the van worked as expected, it cost only $73 for four hours, check-in was a breeze. This is how it should work. A+(Fwiw, we first tried to rent from Home Depot and Menards. Both were much more trouble than they were worth. UHaul was seamless.)”

He even recommended where to get the gas The truck was fine and I had no issues. Just think next time I'll try there labor options, since the work was harder the we expected.”

“I ordered a hitch and controller from uhaul.com Yesterday the controller arrived and after finding zero info about installation on the web I went to crystal lake store for help. Will, the tech with a great beard helped me perfectly He told me I purchased the most difficult controller to install. He pulled a Better, easier model off the shelf and swapped it out. Will took it out of the box, showed me how to install. 25 minutes later, It's now working correctly on my vehicle! I give Will 5 gold stars for perfect customer service . He listened to my problem, found a solution, and said have a great day!”

Joyce was the lady who worked here when I was renting and she was super nice and very helpful.
