“I stopped at this Burlington location tonight on my way back to Chicago I needed a few things for a family member coming in from Cincinnati Ohio that's fell on some hard times. I typically I'm not a shopper at Burlington I find other stores are more capable of meeting my needs than Burlington. But please allow me to say tonight while I was shopping I needed a particular item in a different size, one of your associates by the name of Austin approached me, and when I was finished explaining what I needed he was very informative and extremely helpful not to mention very kind and more than once he went the extra mile to meet my needs! Because of this let's just say I will be spending more of my money with Burlington department stores, or at least your location. I have always been one that enjoys giving credit to someone when credit is due you guys should be very grateful to have an associate like Austin! I was able to make it back home in time and got all the items that I was searching for to be able to help my family member that is in need all due to the customer service that was provided to me by Austin. “Ive been taking all of my cars here for oil change. They always do a great job and emplpyees are always nice. Its nice when you can schedule 7 days a week. Love that they send you a reminder when your next oil change is come and due by sending you a coupon. I tell peiple all the time and not many knows that farm&fleet have auto center. I wish they can do more variety of service like trans fluid change and etc.”

“Typically, my visits to Target are positive with friendly and helpful staff. However, two weeks ago, I didn’t have the best experience when I attempted to use the bathroom and encountered wet floor signs. A worker rudely yelled at me that it was closed in front of the whole store, and then criticized my attempt to access it to a customer while checking out the customer. Overall, I'd still consider it a good store, and I generally find the employees to be friendly. Despite the recent incident, my overall experiences at Target have been positive.”

“I have always liked Jcpenny. My first memory of that store is when I was 9 and we went to their parking lot to see the fourth of July fireworks. Then every time we went there I would ask if there will be fireworks. But the shopping there was always fun.”

“My partner and I have come to the Elgin location recently for all of our automotive repairs, and the staff in the auto department is phenomenal! These guys are friendly, professional, and efficient. The service manager, Alexis, helped us resolve a recent miscommunication involving our quote- he went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome, and followed up thoroughly the whole way through. Ben has also given us honest advice, and really takes the time to communicate what is being done and following up as well. Not to mention the great prices and deals compared to ones we've been quoted elsewhere. Happy customers here!”

“As soon as I walked in the store Krish greeted me very nicely. After I was done shopping I was standing in the Q-line, there was only one cashier at the counter at that time and it was Krish. She was very quick, efficient, friendly and nice. I was just looking how fast she was and even if she was alone, she was able to get the entire Q-Line quickly and effectively. I love going to this Ross due to the cashier. Also, the store has great items and deals as well!”

“I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .”

“I went yesterday and I can say its a nice store with nice staff. Some parts of the store were messy but some were really clean. I went browsing in the candle aisle and the girl reorganizing it was very helpful and found the exact candle I was looking for. Staff is very knowledgeable of the store however, recently at times if you go later in the day when the high schoolers are there they mostly talk and mess around and aren’t as helpful as the daytime employees.”

“Love this target as it is clean, employees are friendly, self checkout is easy and fast. Pickup service is always reliable and fast compared to other pickup services. My order is always ready within 2 hours sometimes even an hour. Produce has gotten better and more fresh. I did get a few bad/spoiled items from pickup but it was so easy to report on the app and get an immediate refund.”
