“I applied online for a car loan and this branch serviced it. I read the negative reviews and was skeptical, but after reading the online complaints (many seemed unreasonable) I went anyway. Yes, the actual office space is a little dated. How often do you actually use the bank for service anyway?!? Most things are done online these days. I was assisted by Dario Zarate, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. The entire process, including opening a separate checking account and the loan, took 45 mins from beginning to end. I would recommend this branch.”

“I chose this bank for my first bank account when I turned 18. I forget her name but the branch manager assisted me with creating an account and was extremely helpful in explaining all the advantages of different accounts and providing me with information. The online customer service for this bank is not my favorite but I will say that the service I received at this particular branch was exceptional.”
