“For the most part, this branch of US Bank is pretty good. Amanda Crawford, one of the personal bankers, responds to customer requests in a timely and courteous manner. Iris, one of the other personal bankers, is young, inexperienced and a busy body. Peggy is rude and obnoxious and constantly interrupts. Also, they need to add more staff because sometimes when you call there, the phone rings and rings and no one answers it.The really great part about US Bank is their social media customer service support team based on the west coast. Chris, one of their staff, reached out to me the other day based on my review. She was courteous, professional and very kind. A couple of days later, she followed up by phone with me to make sure that Amanda Crawford had followed through on getting me my final refund as my accounts were closed.US Bank is an excellent choice - just stay away from the branch on West Main Street in West Dundee, IL.”

“Service is always good when I am there. They do need to answer phone when calling. No one answers when I call. The biggest complaint I have is with 5/3 directly is why the heck do you charge us to take our money out. If I use a cash station elsewhere I get charged $3.00 firm them and then 5/3 charges me another $3.00. That is shameful. You have my money and are also making money on it and then are charging me for taking it out. What the heck. My fees alone are killing me. I have two other banks and they don’t charge me. Makes me think what I need to do.”

While this may have been a policy issue with PNC, involving the retrieval of documents, Somayya moved heaven and earth to make sure my family was taken care of. She is a true asset to he bank on Randall Road. If you choose to bank with PNC, and you are in the area, I could not recommend selecting Somayya as your personal banker enough.
