I had a very bad experience and we bought two phones from there and one phone works other one doesn’t work they keep saying go there and go there and just kicking us like soccer ball and not solving problem All they want is money and they didn’t even try to help us at all just said go to Apple and go to customer care and they don’t accept that it is their fault.

My husband and I went to Russell Cellular after seeing an advertisement for a “free” cell phone, tablet, and watch with a new Verizon plan. I already had a family plan with Verizon so we decided that he would join our plan and take advantage of this offer. Unfortunately we were not told that these items were not actually free. Each item would have a separate paid plan that we would have to pay on for three years. We were also not told that the phone plan was $12 a month more than the current lines on the family plan. Had we known that, my husband would not have switched to our family plan. We were told at Russel Cellular that we needed to pay the tax only on the three devises. Once we got home and told family about the great deal we got, we were informed of the truth of this “deal”. We immediately contacted Verizon to cancel these unwanted plans. We contacted the Verizon store and cancelled the watch order and returned the tablet. We specifically asked about the tax and were told the tax would be returned to our card. The tax was never returned like they said it would be, so my husband disputed the charge. Unfortunately the Verizon store is refusing to return the tax on the watch that we never received and the tablet that we returned the next business day after we received it. I also recently noticed a “$40 Setup For Success” charge. This was never disclosed to us at the store. We are extremely disappointed with Russell Cellular’s lack of transparency and subsequent refusal to right their wrongs.

Made a appointment against my better judges as I was just looking for a Stylst pen. Upon arrival they quoted a ridiculous amount of money and then proceeded to upsell me for new phones instead!!!!!

I absolutely love this verizon store! The agent that helped me, Chris, was so friendly and helpful. He made sure I got the perfect phone for my needs and even showed me how to use all the features. I've never had such a great experience at a cell phone shop before. I will definitely be coming back here for all my future cell phone needs!

We were a business customer that was solicited by Chris Dorsey, the store manager, and we switched our cell service to Verizon mostly due to his promises of credits and service. Fast forward 3 months, and 1 out of 6 promises is true, while 5 other "credits" were gone with the wind. So 3 months later, our bill is nothing like it was promised to us (much higher), and Chris is no where to be seen. No answer to my e-mails, no answer to our phone calls, his cell phone is magically going to voice mail, and voice or text messages are not returned ...... ever :)I understand that this might be an individual terrible service, but Russel Cellular should really think about who they appoint store managers, and put some competent people in these positions.Needles to say that we are switching back to AT&T, where they welcome us with red carpet treatment, not kicking us around like trash.

We had a very good experience with Chris, our sales guy. He took care of everything we needed and had a lot of patience with us during the process of changing our phone plan...
