Sam walked me through everything I needed to know to be a successful tenant, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The facility was clean and well organized. I'd definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.”
“The rental process over the website & talking to a representative on the phone was easy. Completing the paperwork via email and links was simple. BEFORE you sign though, check woth your homeowners insurance to see if specifically yiur contents stored offsiteat CubeSmart Storage ( and give the address) is covered. If so get a certificate of insurance and present it at the signing. They otherwise charge a monthly fee for insurance and depending on what you're storing the limit could be inadequate. And yes, I am a insurance professional.”

“Fast, very friendly, the manager knows her stuff. Took me to the unit, offered me a lock to purchase (I declined as I have one) and then we rode her cart back to the office. Paperwork went quickly, all was clear. Affordable month price, tho I wanted to decline insurance but that is not possible (it's 60% of the rental of my tiny closet, which stinks. But I need space, doubt other storage places are different). Access was checked before I left. Very helpful.”
