“More expensive than the other options but it has a good system to sign up, timed lights for each unit, and the units are clean and clear. Doors were recently painted fresh enamel coat of PS orange within the last 2 months, and they got a little paint in my lock I needed to clear and scratch off but I appreciate they’re taking care of their property.Hours could be 24/7 but they’re not.Mandatory insurance (requirement) feels unnecessary but is likely a liability reducer so they save on their insurance policy or something like that. Add $20 a month to your rental for this. Hence 4 stars. I’m only renting short term and moving to a cheaper unit once I am fully moved into my new digs.”

“I love the fact that everything can be done online or through the app with no human interaction unless wanted. The gate is now Bluetooth and can be opened through the app. No more punching in the codes, unless you want to. They still send you a code too. Also love the fact that it's drive in, with climate control. Kinda stinks if you get 2nd floor cause then you have to use the lifts and stuff, but they make it as convenient as possible. Took me less than 10 min to complete the online signup, pay, and get my unit number and access code.”

“I had a friend who was moving from a townhome to a house. They were going to move themselves and had a deadline to be out of the old property. As they were packing and getting ready they realized they were overwhelmed with the amount of furniture and boxes and realized they would never make in time. They called some other movers but with short notice they were all booked. She then called Ace Relocation and Brent Garret came to the townhouse. He gave them a fair price and on short notice had a crew there who were great and got the job done. Thanks Brent and Ace. A job well done!”

“The team at Prager is nothing short of amazing. The Prager team moved us from Illinois to Florida four years ago and Steve , Holly and Mark (our driver) we’re awesome. So, when we needed to move from Florida to Indiana, who did I call? Steve! He did the virtual estimate, and handled the initial coordination for the move. Steve did the estimate, and while we requested Mark, he was not available, but Seth was, and his efforts were every bit as good! Holly did an excellent job with communication and follow up, and Seth and his team were excellent.My appreciation to Steve, Holly, and Seth. “Easy to set up the rental. I went in person because I wanted to check out the facility before renting. Climate controlled, clean, plenty of hand trucks to help with loading/unloading. Two large indoor bays to pull into and load/unload. The staff were always friendly and helpful. When we were done with the unit it was no problem to stop the rental. My only suggestion to improve would be to provide access to a dumpster—I would have paid extra for the access. Highly recommend. My first choice if I need storage in the future.”
