I’ve been a regular customer of John’s Complete Auto Service for a long time, and I can honestly say they’re one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. I’m not an occasional walk-in—I’m a high-maintenance customer with multiple vehicles, and they’ve handled everything from mechanical issues, tire blowouts, and electrical problems to getting my A/C back up and running on a 90-degree summer day.
No matter what I bring to them, they always make it work.
They’re busy (which is a good sign), but they still treat me like my business matters. They’re professional, grateful for the work, and genuinely appreciative of their customers—something you don’t always see anymore. “There are not positive things I can say about Pavel and his help with my turbo and my WRX Build.Like most my 2.0 died and it was time for an upgrade along with the replacement. I found Pavel online rebuilding turbos but soon realized he was doing so much more than that.He spent a ton of time explaining how and the WHY we should do things on my build to reach my goal. We didn't just talk about magical peak HP numbers but about responsiveness, and longevity as well. He's a real breath of fresh air in this industry if you're willing to listen. My Wagon has benefited in ways simple dyno numbers don't reflect thanks to his attention to detail and skills.I purchased a STi VF with his custom compressor wheel, injectors, and a few other little things from him.Thanks again Pavel!”
“I got my SUV detailed here and they did an excellent job. My car was VERY dirty from all the dogs I bring in it. I own my own dog business and often do pet taxi or bring my dogs in it after getting all muddy at the dog park. So there was a good amount of dog hair and dirt. It smelled and looked so good after.
I also go here every month or so to get their full service cleaning which is really affordable for keeping up with any dog hair or dirt :)”
