After working in the industry myself for over a decade (diag/repair tech and shop manager) before retiring from it last year, it’s hard to find a shop that you can trust to do the work properly and honestly. “My ‘97 4Runner has a 2 inch suspension lift and I brought it in with a crooked steering wheel, it would shake when I was driving and my front wheels were toed in. I’d taken it to Firestone, discount tire and even the Toyota dealership with no luck. After years of driving like this, I brought my car in to Don Hansen’s on a recommendation. Just got it back and my driving experience has totally changed. The 31’s give off almost no road noise compared to what they used to, my steering wheel no longer shakes and is dead on straight. Can’t praise the work they did high enough to convey how happy I am with the work they did. Absolutely nailed it. Thanks guys!”
