“Just stopped in the branch this morning because my checking account was breached.
I had no appointment, Tony happily helped me set up a new account and the branch manager ordered me checks which Chase will be covering.
I disagree with the negative reviews, lived in Warrenville my entire life and have never had a problem at this branch.

“I have been working with Old Second since their merger a few years back. I have multiple accounts with Old Second. Last week i went in to renew a CD. The team was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable & friendly. A special shout out to Chantel who was the banker that worked with me directly. She had a great energy and was very easy to speak with. She provided me options and was very understanding regarding my concerns and questions. I am not the easiest to work with, however she handled me like a charm. I greatly appreciate you helping me out and providing a great visit! Looking forward to doing more business in the future.”
