As first time clients, I was immediately impressed by the person that took my call and how friendly and welcoming she was. Our two dogs had loving care, with regular trips outside for potty time and playing. One of our dogs requires medication which was gladly given at no extra charge. I received daily updates and photos and communication from the very caring staff. Our dogs returned home just as well adjusted as before we boarded them. We will be using Crossroads for our boarding needs from now on. Highly recommend.

He, Dr. Buraglio and their staff have always been extremely helpful, kind, understanding and medically efficient in their care of my pets over the many years. Their staff are also very helpful not only at the clinic but also with extra help for my pets at home. I do appreciate Caring Hands so very much.

Good Friends Animal Hospital

I was very anxious coming in, but the staff here are so kind and patient and they will take the time to explain everything to you. They also are very gentle with my cat. I plan on bringing my other cat in next. I only have good things to say about this clinic! If your pet needs major surgery or just a check up, they are in good hands here.

2001 N Linview Ave, UrbanaAt almost 21 years old, my corn snake developed some kind of mass and stopped eating. As he got thinner, besides the lump, I knew he was dying. I had never needed to take him to a Vet before and I had to call around to find someone to see my reptile. They put him to sleep humanely, and when they gave him back to me in the shoebox I brought, it was covered in hearts and Colby's name printed on the top. It was such a sweet, thoughtful gesture! When their website says that they provide compassionate care, it's for the patients AND the pet parents, regardless of species or time as a client. I will always be grateful to them for making this sad experience better.

2001 N Linview Ave, UrbanaI visited this vet for the first time with my rabbit, and I didn’t expect them to spend so much time explaining everything about rabbit care since I was completely new to it. They were incredibly nice, very informative, and even offered advice for my dog, who goes to a different vet. Honestly, they were so helpful that I’m considering switching my dog over to them. They provided great advice on dealing with my flea issue, including which flea medicine to buy and what I shouldn’t have bought. I learned a lot from the visit.
