Pet Grooming
Tender Touch Grooming
221 6th St, CharlestonSimply Outstanding!! Called and listened to the message which asks for texts... got a prompt reply! Next day got a text saying there was an opening and unseen the cost would be XX.XX which is a LOT less than what I paid elsewhere. Warmly greated and time was taken to MEET the dogs for the first time! Nice with great questions about the dogs to make sure all goes well. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET AND HERE THE DOGS ARE TREATED EXTREMELY WELL! Worth double the price for that...

Pet Care
Stone Christine DVM
1591 Beech Tree Rd, CharlestonLove her! Been going to her for years for all of my animals. Very affordable and if there's any emergencies, she won't turn you away if you don't have the money up front like some other vets.

Animal Medical Center
1404 Division St, CharlestonI appreciate Dr Hiser & the entire team so much. Several years ago I had a pet emergency on New Year's Eve & they were the only vet willing to see us. The care provided along with the thorough explanation of the care plan was exemplary. I soon switched all my vet care to them.

Crestline Veterinary Clinic Ltd
1591 Beech Tree Rd, CharlestonKnowledge and caring! My black lab, Billy, goes here now. I switched from my previous vet, who was good, but wanted to push all kinds of absolutely unnecessary pharmaceuticals. I could tell the vet had an arraignment with the salesman. I need a vet for honest care and respect. Crestline is all that.

Albin Animal Hospital of Charleston
1915 18th St, CharlestonWes has been to both Charleston and Mattoon branches. I would recommend both. The staff and vets at both were very good with Wes.Mainly we go to the Charleston branch for regular visits and grooming, but we had to go to the Mattoon office when Wes twice had a medical emergency . One was after hours. They even let me know up front what after hours charges were, which I appreciated .

Coles County Animal Shelter
6818 N Co Rd 1120E, CharlestonThis place is awesome. We adopted a very skinny about 52 lbs St Bernard mix about a year ago. This baby now weighs in at 109 lbs. This baby is loving and gentle I am questioning why they left him in the pen behind the shelter..he is well loved and he appreciates his family. He has siblings that he loves and everyone is happy. We have a Great Dane, 2 cats, 3 bearded dragons and a snake. He fits right in the family. I want to thank you for keeping him and placing him with us. We love him so much.
