“My rating is based mostly on the customer service I received. I had a few issues that needed help, when I say the staff was kind, helpful and accommodating, its an understatement. They went over and above during my stay. I definitely recommend. Good customer service is definitely a priority for this management.”

“Very nice for the price. Friendly helpful staff. Out of the way location but still close enough to everything you might be looking for locally. Rooms seemed clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were tiny for a king-size bed, and it was odd for there to only be three of them. Not at all a deal breaker, though. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Just a great campus experience, primarily if you get a room facing the quad. The rooms aren't fancy by any means, but they are neat and clean and have everything you need. Lots of great amenities in the Union and you can't ask for a more central campus location to stay.”

“Room was spacious, hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, breakfast was good, hotel is pet-friendly and plenty of green space outside to walk them. Parking was not an issue, received a complementary drink at the bar for each night which was nice, cable worked compared to other area hotels and had plenty of channels to choose from!Really, had no complaints at all! Would definitely recommend and if space is available, will definitely stay here again! Compared to other seedy, crummy hotels in area that lie about how nice and clean they are, this was true here and is a great place to stay! Highly recommend!Rooms: Spacious and clean, enjoyed the balcony too!Walkability: Plenty of green space to walk my dog, very pet-friendly!Food & drinks: Free breakfast included! And full bar open on evenings, with slots and game room, wish bar was open on Sunday, it's not! I know I would spend time and money watching football there if it was! Hope that changes in future!”

“Stopped for the night. Check in was quick and easy. $15 for small dogs. And they put you on the first floor which is nice for late night potty for the dog. Nice selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Beds were comfy, room ”

“For the price, this was not a bad place to stay a night. The rooms were older, but the beds were comfy and didn't have any little critters to go with them. The place felt decently secured. The one but caveat is the outside card reader to get into the building is probably about to lose all function as badging in would require multiple tries.Walkability: The area is decent safe to walk around in, and has many restaurants within walking distance”

“We got off to a rocky start with a rather rude desk clerk and an issue with the way he would bill us but it all worked out. The hallways stink of pot but that is not managements fault! Our room was clean and everything worked as it should. The pool was nice but same clerk never sent the towels to the pool but a lovely woman in a gorgeous green dress handled that immediately for us. All in all it wS a good stay and well recommend staying here if asked.”
