The young man working customer service desk was able to take care of everything for me and I let the store a happy customer. Wish I knew his name I would put it out. But he really did a good job!”

“Meijer Pharmacy does a wonderful, wonderful job! Very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. 4 star rating instead of 5 due to the long hold times when calling the pharmacy. I love that you can manage almost everything online via the app, and it will notify you of any updates, which is super helpful! With all of the prescription drug shortages and uncertainty going on in the State of Illinois, they have been able to locate and / or refer me to other pharmacies to assist me in the past. They are also the only pharmacy in the district that has the lowest cost through my Rx assistance card for 1 medication that is not covered by insurance. Unfortunately, that out of pocket cost has risen over the past 6 months, and of course, it's the one that insurance just will not approve yet it helps my rare Esophageal condition in between going to get my esophagus stretched every so often until further studies are scheduled with the Esophageal Motility Specialist in Chicago. It was a difficult transition for me when Shipt stopped delivering medications-per end of covid protocol or something to that effect. I am predominantly homebound except for getting figured out medically. It was a true blessing that Shipt was able to assist me during this past year. That's when I had to find a different pharmacy that had the capabilities of delivery service but I still find that Meijer Pharmacy customer service is very caring and actually wants to help you and will go above and beyond for you. Quick shout out to Amy, Stephanie, Paul, and forgive me-I can't remember your name, but I know your kind face...is it Brenda or Melissa?? Your hard work does not go unnoticed.”

“Store is usually clean including the bathrooms. The cashier was friendly this holiday season. The beauty aisle carries brands other Walmarts do not. I prefer this to the prospect location.”

“I love my Meijer store, the one in Urbana and Champaign are both pretty awesome, but the store I use most because of proximity, is Urbana. Sure there was a little inconvenience while they were remodeling, but look at the new pretty store we have, and I love the layout. They have started helping customers bag too, which is awesome. They have great service and helpful employees (Meijer employees are hands down way more helpful and polite than Walmart employees). I only go someplace else for specialty items, and items that Meijer doesn't carry. They have great produce and meats and fresh bakery items. I order 3 dozen donuts every Saturday for work, and the Meijer bakery boxes them up and has them ready for me; Bakery peeps are super friendly and helpful.”
