“Meijer Pharmacy does a wonderful, wonderful job! Very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. 4 star rating instead of 5 due to the long hold times when calling the pharmacy. I love that you can manage almost everything online via the app, and it will notify you of any updates, which is super helpful! With all of the prescription drug shortages and uncertainty going on in the State of Illinois, they have been able to locate and / or refer me to other pharmacies to assist me in the past. They are also the only pharmacy in the district that has the lowest cost through my Rx assistance card for 1 medication that is not covered by insurance. Unfortunately, that out of pocket cost has risen over the past 6 months, and of course, it's the one that insurance just will not approve yet it helps my rare Esophageal condition in between going to get my esophagus stretched every so often until further studies are scheduled with the Esophageal Motility Specialist in Chicago. It was a difficult transition for me when Shipt stopped delivering medications-per end of covid protocol or something to that effect. I am predominantly homebound except for getting figured out medically. It was a true blessing that Shipt was able to assist me during this past year. That's when I had to find a different pharmacy that had the capabilities of delivery service but I still find that Meijer Pharmacy customer service is very caring and actually wants to help you and will go above and beyond for you. Quick shout out to Amy, Stephanie, Paul, and forgive me-I can't remember your name, but I know your kind face...is it Brenda or Melissa?? Your hard work does not go unnoticed.”

“I started coming to this pharmacy when it was still a Schnucks. Although now a CVS, the people, Steve and Steve and Co. , are fantastic and unlike most other CVS pharmacies in town (avoid Green St. ) they are pleasant, personable, and go the extra mile every time for me and my complicated scripts. “I would like to thank Tina, the urbana Meijer pharmacist. My family and I had some very complicated medication requests which involved very detailed communication with doctors, pharmacists and the insurance company. Tina went above and beyond, personally calling me daily until everything was sorted out and taken care of. As a parent, getting necessary meds for a child is very stressful and Tina made sure we got what we needed in a very timely manner! We can’t thank her enough.”

“So I'm at Walmart buying tires for my car. And when checking in they will be able to put them on they said not until Tuesday. When I spoke with them yesterday they had given me Sunday as the date that they would be able to put them on but when I came in they said they were booked up until Tuesday. There is an employee here by the name of Maryland Who is working the front desk taking my order. She checked to see if there may have been any cancellations on tomorrow but they won't she didn't looked at me and said could I have my car here at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning and I said yes. She canceled her appointment for her vehicle so that I may get mine done! Great customer service let's give them to me and I'm very appreciative. Way to go Marilyn! I thank her and I praise God for blessing me with favor! Karman is the service manager and is the most pleasant manager that I've ever dealt with in automotive! She represents the automotive department at Walmart very well!”

“I have been working with a brother to help him get his medications; it has been quite a process. Mutiple places have been giving us the run around. Went to one Walgreens and was told to go to another Walgreens. Went to that Walgreens and was directed to go back to the Walgreens that we had initially went to. From that Walgreens had the prescriptions faxed to CVS. I mean just a whole process.When going to CVS however, there was this woman by the name of Tara behind working behind the pharmacy counter. She provided us with quality customer service. She took the time out to check into the situation we were having and was able to lead us in the right direction to getting the medications that are needed. Now we just have to wait for the doctor to approve them and we can get them.What I have seen is it's not necessarily the company that's the problem, it's the customer service that's the problem. The other people we talked to (I believe) could have looked into the situation and did the same exact thing that Tara did, but they didn't due to possible laziness. They felt it was someone else's job to do something that they could do and it cost us time, effort, gas money and mild frustration.So all in all thank you Tara for displaying quality customer service. People never know what all someone has been going throughout their day and you showed kindness and patience and gave us the information needed for us to progress forward into to receiving his medications. It's appreciated. Thank you!”

“My printer went kaput and I needed some return labels printed. Sent them online. Got to the store to and only 1 had printed. Isaiah looked it up in the computer and printed me the other one I needed. Then he affixed the label to my package. Will be returning. Thank you Isaiah.”

“There's a super, super nice gentleman that works there. He's probably in his 50s or 60s but he's the nicest Walgreens worker I've ever met, and he cares deeply for his customers. Other staff there have been great too. (Would be a 5 star but their pharmacy is bad.)”

“This pharmacy is the life stream for this corner of Urbana. It is extremely busy, but everyone who works there is sincere, polite, and always ready to work with the customer. I have multiple family members whose prescriptions are filled at this pharmacy, and I cannot appreciate it enough. Keep up the good work!”

“This store is SO incredibly dirty. They are not professional at all. None of the prescriptions are organized. They don't verify date of births. Rx aren't ready when they are told they are already filled. Was in today and half the customers there were all having the same issues. I understand being slower, but the was a nightmare.”

“I had to sneak in here on Mother's Day to pick up a photo order as I noticed the photos I picked up at another Walgreens with an online photo order did not have the pictures I sent. I opened up the envelope the day before Mother's Day and saw they envelope did not have my pictures. I put an another order online thru the app and came into this location, picked up my single picture explained my situation to the manager and she said, "oh boy," and she gave me the picture for free. So easy to give this visit 5 stars. It wasn't there mistake, but they fixed it for me.”
