“Smith apartment is the best landlord in Champaign Urbana. They are very easy to communicated with and even willing to go out of their way to help you with. I have some problem with my rent paymnet once, and when I finally payed my rent it was two month late, they did not charge anything extra at all. The maintainence crews are also amazing and response quickly to calls.”

“I live in three different apartments during my UG time in UIUC, and Campus Circle is the best! Great price with large spaces, perfect amenities and super-friendly faculties! The apartment facilities are relatively new and they come with indoor washing and laundry, oven and a TV. There’s no network fee as well. And there’s bus stop right outside the leasing office, 20 minutes you can get to anywhere around the campus. The staff are very friendly, willing to help with most of the problems! They showed professionalism quite a lot! Great experience, surely would recommend!”

I would certainly recommend this place. Had my career not presented broader opportunities, I would have renewed without question.”

“Really happy we decided to move in to Stone Ridge Square. Office and community are all super friendly. Moving in and paying rent are both pretty straightforward. When we moved in, there was a light that was missing above the oven and some nails that were still in the walls, but other than that, the apartment is nice. Rent ended up being just a little higher than we wanted, but compared to the other places we toured, Stone Ridge Square is by far the best choice for its price. We don't wish for a second that we had chosen anywhere else.”
