“I had a great price on a huge one bedroom apartment for 3 years. When I needed to end my lease early, Todd found a tenant to take the apartment over and gave me my deposit back without an issue.You get what you pay for in my opinion- it was definitely an older unit with some quirks. The laundry situation was not ideal. To be fair though, I was probably only paying for 60-70% of what it would have gone for if it was immaculately maintained.Maintenance seemed pretty busy, I had to ask several times to get things done sometimes, but for big problems (raccoon in the crawlspaces, no hot water, heat went out) they were on it within 24 hours.If you're willing to compromise on these points for a great price, TLT is a good option.”

“We are having a great experience doing business with MHM Properties. We have been tenants since 2021, and they are there for us whenever we need any help from them. Maintenance is always up to date, and the support provided in case any issue appears has no delay. The buildings are well located, well constructed (g sound isolation), and with excellent home appliances. I definitely recommend the company. All the interactions I had with Kevin and Chris were incredible!”

“My son is staying at HERE. Amazing rental for students. The apartments are awesome and provide locations to study and engage in social fun. So many options that cater to the students’ needs are available. The location is in the heart of Green street w spectacular views. There are so many places to socialize or study in various common areas. A large outside deck w grills and a big hot tub. It is like a luxury hotel w many amenities.The staff is easy to reach and will help the students w any issues or concerns. They actually care about assuring the well being of all the student residents.Can’t go wrong at HERE. I highly recommend HERE for your kids.Paul Wolf”

“We were looking for roommate style apartment here in Champaign and chose Ginger Creek. Although most of the apts we looked at equaled about the same monthly out of pocket, the R+B was best. The style, included amenities, and upkeep have been the best too. Most important, the manager is genuinely nice, intelligent, easy to interact with. Service / repairs are easy to request, and response is within 24 hours for the fix. I like it and recommend R+B as a landlord.”

“Honestly pretty good; very cozy and good value. Apartment exceeds my expectations. Only weird things are 1) How ridiculously tight the parking garage is and 2) The elevators can take a while depending on when you leave the building.”

“The apartments are pretty spacious and so are the individual bedrooms. The balconies are shared but they are pretty big to host a house party in itself. I really liked the prompt maintenance service that Yugo provides. Also location is pretty good as the County market is right across the street and engineering departments are just 5 mins walk away.”

Overall, a very positive experience with maintenance.1 star off is for the experience I've had trying to get my security deposit back and missing furniture for a month in a past apartment unit (no chairs).”

“Stayed here for 2 years. Good for 4 people. Overall nice staff and stay.Tho skyline is better in many ways. Consider they almost have the same rent. So get skyline if you can.Interior design of the apartment is generally old styled but well and clean. Had 2 filter change in 2 years and one leaking.”
“I lived at Baytowne for a year and loved it. (Would have stayed longer but I got a job in a different city.) My dog loved it too; so glad they now allow dogs. The apartments and surrounding area are beautiful. Walking around the lake or on the outer road are both pretty walks. The new dog park is awesome. And the entire staff does a great job. I especially loved seeing Ruben hard at work every day. It was always nice to share a smile and a wave with him.”
