“My sister needed a large bin, and it said online that the store had 5 in stock yet when we arrived we didn't see them. So we went to customer service to ask them and the young lady was incredibly sweet and helpful! We waited for another kind worker to get the truck and retrieve the bin from the highest shelf. The workers we interacted with had great attitudes and it was such a pleasant experience!”
“I don't really like going to any hardware, lumber store, but this place usually has what you need. It's hard to find help sometimes, but I usually can find what I Need by myself. I do love how many Christmas decorations they carry and Halloween too. In the spring they have lots of flowers, trees and bushes. It always seems clean and organized. I am a person who does not like checking myself out, so I hope they don't go completely to that. I always get my paint here, they have a great selection of colors. Overall, it's nice store.”

“I have been here twice to purchase big items and both times someone has helped me take it to the front, purchase and load it in the truck. Today specifically 3 gentleman helped me purchase a lawn mower. Thank you to the manager that asked if I needed help finding anything and leading me to where I needed to go, to the young guy that usually works in the outdoor area that did his best to answer my questions and to the expert of the lawn mowers who got one down for me, wheeled it through self checkout and loaded into my truck! “I went to 4 other places including another Ace trying to get my truck key copied, I was in the store for less than 2 minutes and the key was cut and the employee was out to my truck programming the transponder key. Less than 5 minutes and I had my key, and it was only 30 bucks! I'll be coming back for another spare key soon. Thanks!”
