Ordered a shower base that got lost somewhere in shipping. Called 3 times and spoke with less than helpful service reps two of which said they would call back and never did. On my final call, the rep said the tracking link would not work so that's all she could do. Had to cancel the order. What a joke, would give 0 stars...
