“Been here for oil change as the car lights came on before it hit the miles, the staff still checked and said I was good for about 500miles. Filled up some steering wheel fluid and air in tires and sent me to come back later. Ashley was really nice and explained every service and made sure everything was good. The team is quick and friendly. They tell you what they are doing and suggested services that needs to be done next time. Reasonable prices.

“I couldn't be more pleased with Bloomington Collision Repair. An arrow hit my car (weird but true), and Suzie was so helpful, friendly, and understanding when I told her the bizarre story. She was able to work around my schedule in order to have my car inspected, and I drove away with an estimate in hand. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my car repaired only because I had to make arrangements to secure transportation to work. They accommodated my schedule to get my car in, and it only took a few days for it to be fixed. Brett did an amazing job making it look like an arrow never pierced my car, which is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Bloomington Collision Repair!”
“Angry Wankel exceeded our expectations in every way! A garage that actually has people who are trustworthy, professional, caring and most importantly, looking out for the customer. Allen and Chris, you two absolutely saved us! The family and I were driving to Peoria last Saturday when our alternator belt broke (12:30 pm). We called three dealerships and none of them were able to help us. As we drove back towards Bloomington, we called two independent garages and were greeted with voice mail. We then called Angry Wankel where Allen diagnosed the problem and told us they could take care of the problem. We got to the garage just as the battery died...phew. They gave us a quote and told us it would take about 30 minutes to repair. In order to save us money, Allen drove me to get the belt (it would have cost a little more if he had it delivered) while Chris worked on the vehicle. The repair took a little longer but charging us for that additional time/labor didn't even come up. Allen had quoted us a price and he stuck to it. They wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and most importantly, we would be safe driving back to Champaign. A lot of things could have gone wrong but Allen and Chris took a bad situation and completely turned it around and made it a positive experience. It may sound crazy but I will drive to Bloomington to have my car serviced by Angry Wankel simply because I can trust that they will do the job right and will not take advantage of me. We need more people like Allen and Chris in this world! Hard working, trusting, caring individuals making an effort to help others, not exploit them when their vehicle breaks down or needs service! You guys Rock!”
“Mike’s Collision was phenomenal. Everything was super fast and I felt confident in both the repairs being done and in the way they handled the insurance. “I had so much glass in the front area of my car due to vandalism with a large piece of cement block that was thrown through my window. Caliber cleaned it very good. They kept me informed of the process on my car. My car was done when promised. I have a few issues with the passenger side door not locking, have to lock it manually. A few areas on inside of door needs touched up, missing paint. Otherwise, Caliber did a great job! I am positive they will fix the door and the paint chips. I am satisfied, just want the two issues fixed.”

“My vehicle was over heating I got a diagnostic done at Auto Zone. I call Ed around for a quote without any results unless imI bring my vehicle in for further inspection ( more money) When I got ahold of 309 Auto, I was given my quote. I was geeked it was way cheaper than I thought. I’m not from here and wanna go home. It was 4 pm I asked l could they get it in ti the next day. He said if you can get it here by 5 I can do it today. I googled directions. The shoo was 5 mins from me. I got there and as they fixed what I thought was the problem my coolant line was spit. Another $120 I was short on cash and he worked with me and got me back on the road now I can head home in the morning. Definitely good hard working and fair man. “Presume the oil change was fine. However, all four tires had the pressure reduced in them 3 pounds below the recommended pressure on the sticker inside the driver’s door of 38PSI. All 4 tires were between 38 & 39 when brought in for the oil change. Tires were not rotated as requested.”

“My wife's car had a piece come loose around the wheel well so I popped in to see what it would take to fix it. The gentleman asked if I had time to wait for them to fix it. 20 minutes later it was done and he said it was an easy fix and didn't charge me anything. I have been here a few times for repairs and they are always friendly, helpful and reasonable on their repair costs. I highly recommend them.”
“Upon my arrival the gentleman were very attentive and greeted with kindness. Once I asked about a quote to look at my wife’s vehicle they got it quickly diagnosed the issue and was professional and the gentleman gave me the diagnosis and his explanation was very easy to understand! They not only repaired my exhaust problem, but also took care of a few other minor issues at no cost. Their final charge was more than fair. The chief mechanic really listened to what I needed and could afford. He was super-friendly and provided me with outstanding customer service.

“This place is amazing!!!! A local business run by a wonderful guy that is excellent at communication with the best prices and time. I went to some other car repair shops but none of them could beat how carefully he looked at my car for a good price. I got my whole muffler replaces and the mechanic had my car ready in two business days! He will also gladly look at other areas of your car for you and tell you what needs to be done immediately than trying to rip you off with everything repair. Sometimes you don’t need to replace everything and need your car to run. This is the honest place that will give you a reasonable price fast. 5 stars!”

Before coming in, I called and spoke with Irene, to inquire about some cars I saw online. She was very lovely and connected me with Blake, who answered all of my questions and then some. I ended up going into the dealership to meet with Blake and I purchased my first car! Before I went in to meet Blake, I was walking around the lot checking the cars out, and a gentleman named Patrick immediately came to check if I needed any help. I was very nervous to go in as I’ve never done this before, but nicely Patrick walked in with me and got me set up with Blake. I’m so happy with my purchase and the service at the O’brien dealership!
