“The staff is amazing and I am specially grateful for Dr. Holzwarth. She is always very pleasant, answers all my questions and is very loving with my kitty Luna. I have lived in different states and even worked at vet clinics in the past so I can fairly say, I have a strong base for comparison. If you happen to live in the area, I strongly recommend this clinic. The service is amazing and unlike other clinics, they won’t make you spend on unnecessary things. This has been the best experience for us.”

“One word: Phenomenal! They truly live up to their name as Best Friends. The staff are nothing short of miracle workers. They have given me hope when I had none. They've saved my pets' lives when I thought they were going to pass. I walked in about to cry and leave smiling. Everyone from their vets to their nurses to their receptionists (and every other lovely person who works there) are all so talented and kind. They treat you like they've known you for years. The facility is very welcoming. My pets have always been comfortable staying with them, and I have never had any doubts in their capabilities to care for them. And their communication is amazing. When I'm not there for their surgeries or appointments they always call me after and update me, and in great detail, on everything. They answer so fast to calls and emails. They're always concerned for my pets and reach out to me first about follow-ups and updates on their condition. That empathy and communication is huge when you need that reassurance. Plus, every time I've needed an appointment, they get me in so soon. So many times they have managed to squeeze me in the next day which is insane compared to multiple vets who schedule weeks out. They are also so understanding about time and it's great being able to drop off my lil guys in the morning and pick them up when I'm ready. I also really appreciate that they provide me with multiple options if treatment depending on my budget. It's nice to know that even when I don't have the funds they will help me find a solution and treatment that I can afford. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me and my pets. I can't recommend them enough. They truly are something special!”

“If you're looking for a great veterinarian , this is the place for you. Everyone is so kind. My cat has anxiety issues when going to the vet. I got medicine to calm her down. The vet tech AND the doctor were incredibly thorough and kind. Dr. Kinnunen explained the issues she found with my cat. Valerie, vet tech, even called to see how my cat was doing. Great people!!!”

“When I got my first two dogs, I just picked the nearest vet to my house. Every time we would go my dogs would get super anxious and even p*** on the floor sometimes in the office because of how anxious they were. I felt like the veterinarian was very dry and didn't care very much, but being these my first dogs, I just assumed maybe that was normal. After seeing my dogs be scared to go to the vet too many times I decided to switch to this vet. And I just want to say this is by far one of the best vets, ever. On our very first visit, I made sure that the doctors and staff knew that my dogs were anxious from the previous vet experiences, and that they might even need to be muzzled. When we got into our room, the doctor came in and sat with both of my dogs on the floor for roughly 15 minutes just letting them get used to her. Then while the nurse was petting them and distracting them, she gave them both their shots and they didn't even flinch. I'm not a mother, but if I was I would assume that it would be terrible to have to watch her kids be anxious every time they go to the doctor. I can't explain the relief I felt seeing that my dogs were comfortable and that this doctor obviously cared so much. Seeing the outside of this building makes you think this place is going to be so expensive. Luckily it's not, it's SO reasonably priced and for the care you receive - it's priceless. I've been here a few times now for appointments, and I can say whole heartedly that every employee I've spoken to has been so nice and so professional! Even when calling, the employees over the phone are always so nice (Vanessa) You can tell all those people love their job.
