Our friends and family have switched their pet care to them.Our first interaction with Davis was when my younger lab needed an assessment for knee surgery. We were seen by Dr. Ring, whose thoroughness and thoughtfulness left an impression.Our next interaction was when our older lab faced a sudden health crisis. The clinics closer to us were unable to handle an emergency. Davis welcomed us immediately and provided a tech and a gurney to help get our dog into the building. Once again Dr. Ring attended. He guided us through the diagnosis and treatment options with compassion and clarity. He stayed by our side, allowing us the space to grieve privately after making the difficult decision. The technician was equally empathetic, handling administrative tasks with sensitivity. They even provided a thoughtful paw impression.A few days later, we received further evidence of their professionalism and genuine care when we received a signed card from the staff, with Bella's nose print and a personal note from Dr. Ring.We have since been back for other more routine dog care and had experience with other vets and techs. They all have been very professional and caring without breaking the bank.”

I was amazed at how they approached her, initially from a distance and at sitting level on the floor in our room. They spent far more time with her than any other vet has ever done and waited until she shyly approached them. They won her over and even though we are dealing with a tough case, she comes into the building on her own without having to coax her in with each visit. “Had to take my cat in emergently today and dr Tim was able to see him and treat him promptly! I had the worst experience of my life at a different vet office and wasn't looking forward to my visit today but he was kind compassionate and Honest and did just the care that was needed for my fur baby! He made me feel at ease that my cat would live unlike the other facility that made me feel like today we would be saying goodbye to our cat because we couldn't afford to unblock him again at their cost which was over 1000$!!!! I would highly recommend dr Tim because he only did what was necessary for my cat and did not try to nickel and dime me. I am very thankful for that since my budget was very scarce due to spending almost 1500$ 4 days ago for the same issue! I will be going back for routine services with dr Tim and his office! Everyone was so kind to me even in my emotional state and I appreciate them for that! Thank you dr tim you restored my faith in humanity again today”

“This clinic is amazing. Every exotic vet I called for a quote ranged from $340-$600 to have my rabbit fixed. I took her here after being informed that there was a vet that could operate on rabbits for a fraction of the price. It's extremely importation that you get rabbits fixed since they have a high change of getting cancer if you don't. It's also important that the vet know how to work with rabbits since there's so many small details that can kill them. Hertz second chance did a great job and I'm fortunate to have found them for my rabbit.”

“When I got my first two dogs, I just picked the nearest vet to my house. Every time we would go my dogs would get super anxious and even p*** on the floor sometimes in the office because of how anxious they were. I felt like the veterinarian was very dry and didn't care very much, but being these my first dogs, I just assumed maybe that was normal. After seeing my dogs be scared to go to the vet too many times I decided to switch to this vet. And I just want to say this is by far one of the best vets, ever. On our very first visit, I made sure that the doctors and staff knew that my dogs were anxious from the previous vet experiences, and that they might even need to be muzzled. When we got into our room, the doctor came in and sat with both of my dogs on the floor for roughly 15 minutes just letting them get used to her. Then while the nurse was petting them and distracting them, she gave them both their shots and they didn't even flinch. I'm not a mother, but if I was I would assume that it would be terrible to have to watch her kids be anxious every time they go to the doctor. I can't explain the relief I felt seeing that my dogs were comfortable and that this doctor obviously cared so much. Seeing the outside of this building makes you think this place is going to be so expensive. Luckily it's not, it's SO reasonably priced and for the care you receive - it's priceless. I've been here a few times now for appointments, and I can say whole heartedly that every employee I've spoken to has been so nice and so professional! Even when calling, the employees over the phone are always so nice (Vanessa) You can tell all those people love their job. Thank you guys so much for providing top-of-the-line care, I appreciate it so much.”
