“Incredible customer service! Opted for email Christmas gift card for my wife. Sales person said she would drop off a nicer gift card tonight than the email version. She said the nicer gift certificate wouldn't arrive by mail for Christmas! It reminds me when I was young and door to door sales were popular. My father had ordered some combs and hair brushes for my mom for Christmas. The salesman delivered them on Christmas Eve because he knew they were Christmas presents. He was in his 60's and his wife had died that morning. Granted the gift certificate drop off is not as dramatic. But the thoughtfulness, customer care, and going the extra mile is the same. “Called yesterday to inquire if they do laser welding for a glasses repair. I broke the stem on them. I was desperate and already inquired with another jeweler in Chgo. He would have had to send them out and was estimating it would be 3 weeks, his repair guy is in downtown Chgo. The woman said sure, bring them in. It was Saturday. I brought them in, they repaired them on the spot and I was a happy camper once again. Dan actually was the angel who repaired them. I looked thru all the jewelry they carry. Large selection of 14K gold and Sterling, everyone there was very friendly. They are conveniently located in downtown Aurora. Parking was easy. “Kay Jewelers Yorkville “ROCKS”! I cannot say enough good things about their employees. I am going to start off with Sam who tried to help me with an engagement ring upgrade and when I could not decide what I wanted she encouraged me to come to a jewelry event in June. Sam was not available on the day of the event but assured me that Felix would be there to help me and boy was she right. I cannot say enough good things about Felix. He took such good care of me from start to finish. Felix helped me find the perfect new setting for my engagement ring at the event and Felix, Sam (and Bree) all got so excited for me as I chose the perfect loose diamond to complete the ring. The whole process was so fun for all of us. Because of the fantastic customer service given to me by Sam and Felix, I decided to let Kay design a custom band for me as well. This is when Emily stepped in to help out. Both Felix and Emily helped me carefully pick out the new stones for my custom ring and because of Emily’s input we were not only able to create the perfect wedding band to compliment my new engagement ring but Emily also helped me put the most personal touch on it by using some of her suggestions to personalize it. All of the employees were very patient with me and kept me completely updated along the way. I have always shopped at Kay but I can honestly say that now I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry but Kay in Yorkville. The employees there simply care and it always showed every time I stepped in there. I cannot thank them enough and I look forward to seeing them again soon!”

“I love Cali & chance! The atmosphere is amazing and the clothes are so cute. I had a great experience with the staff- I was trying to decide between two sizes of a pair of jeans and they genuinely helped me figure out what fit better & what I felt most confident in. I’ve gotten jeans & a couple of cute tops from here and the quality is amazing. I visit every time I’m in town, and I still have clothes I bought from here 4 years ago. The quality of their clothing is amazing (just follow the instructions on the tags)!!”

“The lady I encountered was incredibly sweet and the little ones working there too! Love to see a family business work together. I went in to buy 3 car flags for Mexican Independence Day however I couldn’t help but to notice that the flags aren’t the greatest quality. It has been two days and the flags are ripping and it’s not even the holiday weekend yet :( i don’t think they’ll make it till then. I am a bit disappointed especially since a friend suggested I come shop here. I don’t want to think the material of the other stuff are the same.”
“I went in one night in desperate need of a dress for a wedding in two days. Kali (sorry if that's spelled wrong) immediately came up to me and began assisting me. Another sales consultant, Kaitlin (again sorry if that's spelled wrong) also assisted. These ladies were so incredibly helpful in putting together a full outfit. They dressed me from head to toe in a dress, shoes and jewelry. They listened to everything I had to say and never stopped smiling. These ladies also were incredibly honest, they were not just trying to make the sale, they were honest in telling me which dress they thought I looked best in. In less than an hour, I had a dress, shoes and jewelry for the wedding and I was so happy. Plus all the sales and discounts going on made the entire outfit so affordable.
