“Great store to deal with. While driving home from a road trip my phone would not work properly, called Verizon tech service with the wife's phone. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with them while driving and even stopped in a store in Wisconsin, nothing worked. Stopped in my hometown store and tim was great, fixed it in about 4 minutes. Tim gave us great customer service. We will continue to do business there”

“Mom's sim died. They could not help me. They tried but without her being physically there they could not help me. They were very polite and professional. They did try a couple ways of setting up a virtual sim and etc. I understand it was for security reasons that they could not help me and I do not hold that against them. Very nice people to do business with”

He was patient. He was kind and if you plan on visiting T-Mobile in Oswego and you want a friendly knowledgeable associate, ask for Andy. “I recently switched carriers to t-mobile. The experience was a pleasant one. Cathleen was the associate that help me, what a professional!!! If I had to set up our phones myself I’d probably still be doing it. Cathleen stayed and helped me 2hrs. after the tire closed. I hope she got overtime pay for that cause she deserved it. As you can tell my experience in the store was pleasant and I recommend this location. If you’re lucky Cathleen will be the associate taking care of you.Note to management:Do not loose Cathleen’s services, it would be your loss.”

“It is clear and understandable where most of these reviews are coming from and I too have experienced the horror of the lady mentioned in fellow reviews. I give a 4 star review because my most recent visit was mid-day and there was nobody else around. Rude remarks are present but this woman was not too unpleasant. Actually I might go as far as to say that she was mildly helpful, perhaps because this visit was after lunch time? The service on the otherhand that is likely unrelated to this specific location... sucks. Mediacom like most communications companies is over charging and underperforming. It is unfortunate that there is no-one single genuine company with good support and service that people can rely on.”
