She was able to get me a new iphone that worked perfectly within two days and installed everything perfectly! BELLA ROCKS! I have been going to this store for close to 17 years ... “Went to T-Mobile in Plano IL, 20 min before they closed and we were still met with a smile and a happy hello from Maris!!! Who proved herself to be a literal miracle worker/ Angel from above!We had gone days with no internet due to a mishap with Mediacom and I had no data or hot spot that was working and wanted to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile for better prices and deals.Plus this to me was a real live emergency that needed tending to asap because I had four kids at home whom we’re about to drive me to the brink of insanity, on our soon to be 4 days now with no wifi.Its sad we’ve become a society so dependent on the internet but you quite literally can’t function in the world without it!So here we were with only 20 minutes on a Saturday night to solve all our technology problems. I was thinking please God let us atleast walk out of here with one of our phones fully working so everyone can log into my hot spot! Not only did Maris help us with one phone but 3 and set us up with home internet helping us not only solve all our issues but save us 150 bucks a month I couldn’t be happier with T-Mobile and their Great team of people in Plano iL. Thank you Maris for making everything better from the minute we walked in the door with your great customer service and enormous patience and never making us feel bad for keeping you an hour past closing ? and for Ivette helping near the end there make it go smoothly and efficiently to get us out of there and setting up internet so all we had to do was plug it in when we got home! 1272 N Lake St, Aurora“Arrived at the store with a phone issue that had become very frustrating for us. Walked in the store and was greeted by the manager Fernando. He attended to us right away. We explained the issue and he immediately took action to resolve the problem. He was very attentive to our needs and did his very best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we couldn’t resolve the problem but he offered suggestions and offered to assist us in anyway he can. Top notch service !
He went above and beyond to help us. We need more people like Fernando when it comes to servicing the public. Good job ?”

The young guy (w/ dark curly hair) told me UP FRONT about the related fees! He also didn't put any pressure on with "limited time deal" gimmicks. Just normal, good service. I probably wouldn't be so impressed if I had never been to the Russell owned store in Sugar Grove in the past, but here we are. Thanks for being good and normal.”

She suggested a different idea on how to retrieve some sentimental photos & video on my damaged phone to transfer over to a different phone after the screen was unswipeable. She was successful in doing so & helped me save money in the process by allowing me more options as a result. Now I can take my time in purchasing a new phone, tablet & smartwatch without the pressure of losing my important data from my old phone. Havng that as a peace of mind meant so much to me & I will personally go back to that store for my next, new purchases.”
“I went into this location not a happy camper. My phone was no longer charging and this is the 2nd time now I've had to replace it. Alex was the person who helped me, and I greatly appreciate his patience and kindness, even though I was quite upset that I'm replacing a phone that is less than 2 years old.
You can tell he's the kind that really does like his job and will do what he can to make the customer happy.

“Stopped in today to get my phone upgraded and I was met with the best phone experience of my life and one of the best customer service experiences ever. I believe his name was Andy, he was extremely helpful, fun to chat with, and worked through every question or issue that came up. He had said he worked for t-mobile for 17 years and I am honestly blown away with this employee as a business owner myself. I might be the first person to ever say every hour I waited there was enjoyable solely thanks to him. He is the gold standard and management should be proud to have him there.”
“I am new to town, and I was looking for to join another phone company (prior Comcast, I was a customer for many years with another phone company). Anyhow, as soon as I came inside this X-Finity store, I was greatly welcome by Jenny. Jenny has amazing customer skills! She was agreably professional, knowledgeable, courteous, very kind, and she showed great listening and interpersonal skills. Thanks to Jenny, I am very happy with my internet/phone connection. Additionally, I sincerely appreciated X-Finity's transparency in prices, and all the options that were presented to me to best fit my expectations. Again, Jenny possesses incredible customer skills!! Then, Kenny, helped me to transfer my data from my previous phone to my new one. He also, was very professional, courteous, kind, and very patient! I was treated very well there, and I am so thankful to Jenny and Kenny for their consideration and compassion. 808 E North St, Elburn“It is clear and understandable where most of these reviews are coming from and I too have experienced the horror of the lady mentioned in fellow reviews. I give a 4 star review because my most recent visit was mid-day and there was nobody else around. Rude remarks are present but this woman was not too unpleasant. Actually I might go as far as to say that she was mildly helpful, perhaps because this visit was after lunch time? The service on the otherhand that is likely unrelated to this specific location... sucks. Mediacom like most communications companies is over charging and underperforming. It is unfortunate that there is no-one single genuine company with good support and service that people can rely on.”
“Had a great experience and saved money! Went into the store to talk about Verizon Home Internet for a family member. It isn't available at the home address that we needed it to be, but Matt, the manager/owner? explained it was likely because the current capacity had been met in our area (Big Rock). He did say that the more demand there is in that area, the better the chance of it opening up again...so if you're interested in better, and less expensive home internet, put your name on their list so Verizon can reconfigure things. I personally have it and it is WAY better than AT&T "high speed".
While we were there, he took a look at my bill and was able to save us some dollars because we were on an old plan and were being charged fees, basically for nothing. He saved us enough that we added HBO Max, and we were still ahead. I highly recommend this store. I read some negative reviews, and I'm pretty sure that this is "pre" new management. Check them out... I was NOT disappointed!”
