My bill went from 160.00 to 290.00 with no notice. I have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years....no discounts, nothing. Canceled my TV service. So much for loyalty.

Been using Mediacom for 5 months and 5x the internet went down...We called..and called.Got absolutely no where with them..I use a machine in my home that requires a strong internet connection for medical reasons and this is not acceptable service when were paying top dollar for this.Beyond frustrated.

The Absolute Worse Unreliable Cable and Internet services there are! Mediacom Customer Support is Useless and Rude. I've used Mediacom for 30+ Yrs never, Ever have I been a Satisfied Customer with Rates Continually Increasing!! Thieves, with POOR SERVICES!!
