I was in shelbyville on vacation when I had trouble with my truck. It was a Saturday about 10am most places close at noon. I finally got hold of Waldhoff and he said he would look at it. I gott there and in just a few minutes was fixed and ony my way. You couldn't ask for nicer people or better service. They saved my vacation.”

“I ran through Effingham every week back in the 80,s & 90,s then didn't get thru their much over the years afterwards, now back on west coast runs, i needed an oil change on my new engine & heard good replies about this place so thought i would try them, had my oil changed a month ago, new engine so I'm picky who works on it, I will go out of my way to stop back in there for my oil changes, excellent job, friendly, clean, big, alot of room an they do a excellent job”
“My car broke down 20 miles from Effingham while driving back to Chicago from Mississippi on Sunday night. Luck would have it that Monday was labor so I had to call off work and stay in Effingham until Tuesday when your center would be open. As I waited all day for my truck to be fixed, I observed customers come and go between those 2 domino's pizza deliveries. And what I noticed was everyone was satisfied with your service and I didn't hear one complaint. As far as my truck, I made it home and I have no complaints. I want to thank you in helping me get over that holiday nightmare!!!

“This place is awesome. My company sent me to get an air tank repaired on my trailer. It turned out it wasn't a quick weld. The trailer needed a new air tank. The mechanic went himself to pick up the tank. Instead of waiting for it to be delivered the next day. The mechanics went above and beyond to help me. Very polite and kind. Thank you!!!!”
“I own a polaris offroad repair shop and have installed well over a dozen of the engines from CW. I now have customer's running around with thousands of miles and hundreds of hours and no issue's. They don't install the cheapest parts possible when building these engines but instead source out for the best quality. Kohl and Blake are great to deal with very knowledgeable and friendly. “During the NFL season I drive for NBC and we have the best road service available if we need it. In the off season I work for myself. Yesterday (6/14) I needed an airline replaced and broke down at the light outside their building. From the time they towed me in and had me back on the road was less than 2 hours and the cost was more than reasonable. Rock star service. Thanks again.”

“Just got my old 1997 Chrysler sebring from a friend of mine and I knew she was gonna have issues. After 2 months she was rattling really bad and she was making alot of noise that didn't sound great. Took her in to Goeckner bros and with in an hour of being there I was told what was wrong with her and it would be a quick and easy fix for her and got her back the very next day. Everyone was very very respectful and took well care of my old dream car. Thank you all so much and you all have gained a customer for all my Chrysler needs ”

“I cannot rate Northside Ford or AJ with the pre-owned side of the dealer highly enough!We broke down in the middle of a Sunday night on the interstate 5 hrs from home. AAA towed us to this service station and at 7:30 Monday morning we were waiting at the door. Our Nissan initially could not be diagnosed at the Ford dealer, however one of the mechanics had an excellent idea, and decided to take a look anyway, getting us on the road early morning.He recognized the issue from a previous job, and he talked through the issue that we thought we were encountering with us and let me stand with him while he was looking at the car outside. He was able to quickly find the problem and clean the sensor getting us on our way.North side Ford saved us from a second tow, I made an important meeting, and was able to avoid the rental car and hotel game for another night. Any chance I get to sing their (and AJ!) praises or give them business I will.Thank you!”
