My car broke down 200 miles from my destination which was for work.. they set me up with a rental at a great price and when I got back they drove me to the shop my car was at... top notch customer service!!

My Ram had electric problems just north of Effingham 3 days before Christmas on the eve of a major snowstorm. Got the truck towed to Goeckner Bros and they took care of the problem for me. Called to speak with the service department about an anticipated repair. They were very helpful at explaining the approximate hours to do the job and ball-park expense. Very helpful for my needs.
