They really do need to highlight the important stuff!! LOL! The staff at this Gerber get an A+ from this old lady!! We're a one car family and need it to move around. My old raggedy car was so clean when I picked it up!! And the repairs were done quickly! I didn't bother with a rental (That's another review).”

“I don't normally post reviews but when you have an awesome experience it makes you want to tell everyone. I was involved in an accident where my passenger side doors where damaged as well as the passenger front. I took my vehicle to this shop to receive an estimate and right away knew I was in good hands. The staff was warm, friendly but most of all HONEST! Complete transparency is what sealed this deal for me, the owner kept me in the loop the entire time. I was advised of when the parts were ordered, to when the work was being performed to when my baby was ready. When I picked up my car I was shocked I did expect it to look good, but never knew it could look like it did when I first purchased it. This shop exceeded all my expectations. “I had an EXCELLENT experience with the owner of MAKE IT STRAIGHT AUTO BODY, the owner John did just THAT ????he was pleasant, He had a great sense of humor and very professional. he took the bumper off my 2023 BMW X6 and repainted it, he did a phenomenal job, looks exactly how it was when I drove it off the showroom floor last year and oh by the way he touched up other areas on my truck at no extra charge ???? he told me my truck would be ready in three days, on the third day he gave me a curiosity call early and told me it was ready for pick up as expected and anticipated. THIS is the ONE and only Autobody shop I would recommend. 5 stars is not even close enough, I AM extremely pleased ? ❤️?❤️?”
