I was involved in an accident where my passenger side doors where damaged as well as the passenger front. I took my vehicle to this shop to receive an estimate and right away knew I was in good hands. The staff was warm, friendly but most of all HONEST! Complete transparency is what sealed this deal for me, the owner kept me in the loop the entire time. I was advised of when the parts were ordered, to when the work was being performed to when my baby was ready. When I picked up my car I was shocked I did expect it to look good, but never knew it could look like it did when I first purchased it. This shop exceeded all my expectations. “I visited Country Collision today and the owner was so up front and HONEST. This buisness is straight forward and not out to price gouge. My wife had bumped a concrete foundation backing up to fill up with gas at a crowded station and scuffed the driver side bumper panel. Country Collision told me that the scuffed up bumper panel on my CR-V just needed wiping off with a little bit of gas and a soft rag. He said he was pretty sure that I would be happy with the results. So, I drove straight home and did what he said and the bumper panel looks like new again. I am elated. Country Collision is an HONEST auto body shop. Before I went to Country Collision in South Chicago Heights, I had gotten 3 repair estimates for minor damage repair to the rear bumper face panel on a 2019 Honda CR-V. Those estimates varied from $500+ to 600+. I could not believe the labor I was being quoted for removal and install and paint for this small repair. THE DAMAGE WAS MINOR! The bumper panel did not need painting. BEWARE. Those other body shops were out to take a lot of money from me for doing little to nothing.”

“Definitely worth the wait!! I hit a deer over a vacation trip in Georgia. My insurance referred me to this shop and it was close to my house so I made an appointment. They were booked so I had to keep driving my duct taped car for a few weeks. My accident was on the 14th, I contacted the shop on the 16th, I brought my car in on the 6th of the following month and it was ready on the 22nd. It's practically a brand new car and they worked directly with my insurance so I just had to pay them my deductible when they were done. Such a simple process, I'm really happy with their work.”
