It is a capable and professional organization from top management and through the entire organization. I want to applaud two specific people, Heather and Lori. They are both in my local area but at two separate branches. Heather routinely handles my business requests with skill and efficiency, Lori is a star when it comes to foreign exchange currency, as I routinely ask her to order currency for me as I travel abroad.
