“Jason was very patient in answering my many questions. He asked about how I use my phone to help me choose the right make and model. For example-with my work, I read a lot of spreadsheets on my phone so I thought I would want the 15 Max for a larger view, but after he had me try operating the phone with 1 hand, we realized my hands are too small to be able to reach across the screen with my thumb and operate it single handed. Such a small detail, but it made me realize my best option was the 15 pro! He also helped me with my screen protector and camera protector, then got me set up with all the right chargers. If you are in Springfield, IL- don’t waste your time at an At&T authorized retailer. Go to the Corporate Store on Wabash and ask for Jason!”
