“I have been in 3 times this week and the staff has been wonderful each and every time!! My 3 visits weren’t due to issues but upgrades. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Darius twice, and he made my Android to IPhone transition seamless!!! Darius recognized me the 3rd time and made sure I received excellent care again! “I recently switched from ATT to Xfinity and I was struggling to get my mom’s phone switched over. After multiple calls to the call center, I was getting no where. I was soooo frustrated because I had a small window to get my mom’s phone switched over before I was headed back to Michigan. On July 4th, I went to the Xfinity store in Springfield, IL as a last-ditch effort. I started with Jaden and he ensured me I would walk out of the store with a working phone. We ran into an issue with the IMEI and since it was the holiday, he was unsure if that call center was working. I was feeling really down at that point, but Jaden decided to talk to Jennifer about my issue and I started working with her. WITHIN 15 minutes, I was walking out of the store with a working phone.I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Jennifer and Jaden for troubleshooting my issue. It was a pleasure to work with those two and I appreciate the fact that they did not give up on resolving the issue. My mom now has her Xfinity service on her phone and we are some happy campers. Jennifer and Jaden THANK YOU SO MUCH and keep up the FANTASTIC customer service. You two were awesome to work with.Jennifer you’re the mad genius and you should be EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, if that’s a thing at Xfinity ?”

“We have had I3 for about 2 months now and have not had any issues. Have had to contact technical support (that was due to the cat messing with the router) and then one other time and everyone we have talked to have been the most pleasant. Installation was fast and easy. The internet has been great. 10/10 would recommend.”
