We have had I3 for about 2 months now and have not had any issues. Have had to contact technical support (that was due to the cat messing with the router) and then one other time and everyone we have talked to have been the most pleasant. Installation was fast and easy. The internet has been great. 10/10 would recommend.

Internet is as fast as advertised, no contracts, no Internet overage like Xfinity is doing. Great Service
