Adam diagnosed it as an electronic issue rather than the transmission, however, and fixed it by replacing the car's Electronic Control Module. The service was extremely professional, quick, and was the equal of any Lexus dealership at a more competitive price. Adam's knowledge and competence are exceptional, he is personable and straightforward, and I can say without hesitation this was the highest quality repair experience I've had.”
