“My husband's '13 Suburban has been our "go to" car for all sorts of adventures! We've taken it on all the road trips, most recently to South Dakota to Colorado and back. He got his moneys worth on the car, but we weren't ready to say "buy" (pun intended) when the transmission started to slip and drive weird. In comes Trans-O-Matic to save our fun bus! Dominic was a great guy. He was upfront and professional about the process and estimated pricing. We dropped off the car so they could have enough time to evaluate it and get a rough quote to us. Being that a new (or used) car would cost far more than a transmission rebuild or new transmission, we opted for Trans-O-Matic to work their trans-o-magic. Dominic gave us a quote on the repair time and he was really good with it! It took a couple of extra days to flush the trans clean, which we greatly appreciate! There was good communication and Dominic was transparent throughout the repair. The pricing was very fair! The car was nice and clean at pick up! Thanks Trans-O-Matic and Dominic for bring more life back to our "Family Fun Bus!" Now we are excited about our next adventure and know we'll get there without car trans problems!”

“I was an out-of-state purchaser looking to buy an older Porsche and found one in the Chicago area. It was a good model at a good price, but had a history that gave me pause. I wanted a pre-purchase inspection (PPI), but Porsches tend to move quickly from market, so I was afraid I'd miss out. The team at MPC worked to fit me in the day after I contacted them, and then provided a very thorough PPI report with pictures and explanations. Brian at MPC then spent a fair amount of time walking me through the report, what should be higher priority, and roughly what the costs may be. It gave me the confidence to move on the vehicle and the support to make sure that I got a fair price. MPC isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and on a high end car it is worth the cost for their level of detail. I highly recommend the team there and only hope that I can find a local indy shop as good as MPC where I live.”

“I needed a replacement of my under car shield as mine was broken. This is the first time I went to Golf Crawford since it was under new ownership. Chris was wonderful. I found him to be helpful, totally honest. When he first quoted me the price it was right after I had purchased my car after leasing same car for 3 years. After making some calls he informed me that it would be expensive but I should only go with the exact replacement rather an after market part as they would be inferior. I decided to wait after he told me it would still be okay to drive but that I should take care of it at some point. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not pressure me to have it done right away.About 3 months later it became a necessity and I brought my car back to Golf Crawford. They ordered the part and it was done in a timely matter. It took less than an hour and done perfectly. I am only going to use Golf Crawford for all my repairs if needed and oil changes. Desperate and need of help I called and Grand and Cicero auto service for help. They offered solutions, searched for parts and ultimately fixed the car.
