Dennis is the man who changed my experience towards health. He not only played to my strengths. Getting me to understand my potential and harnessing my weaknesses through power lifting completely altered the code of my behavior. I am changed. I am powerful due to the way he pushed me beyond my weaknesses to show how improvement is done through fitness. Mentally he overpowers my sense of failure, enlightening my truth regarding how I can do way beyond what I thought possible. He is the man I recommend always due to his respectful pulling me up to heights not known before. I thank him. Dennis is the man I recommend to those who want maximum benefit through optimum training. Hear him to know him.

Dennis is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer and Owner of the gym! I train with him to loose weight, but others come with medical needs, physical therapy needs etc. He can train in every area. We started with a Body composition exam. From there a nutrition and fitness program was personalized for me to meet my goals. Each personal training session is one on one and attentive! I feel amazing every time. A great addition to the Wilmette Fitness Community.

I originally came in because another trainer wanted me to get the InBody Scan. When. Dennis explained his program/approach I decided to give it a shot. I started to feel results after 1st session. My wife noticed results after my 3rd. I’m three months in and, at almost 49 years old I’m fitting in clothes sizes I haven’t worn since college. Dennis uses heart rate training along with strength training and adjusts our workout on the fly to keep me in my optimum mode for the entire hour. Highly recommend and wish I’d found Dennis 10+ years ago. Bonus: I get a stretch and quick massage at the end of every training and that’s helped speed post workout recovery.

Everything it has wonderful programs for the entire community young and older members as well. The center can be used to host numerous of events such as dances parties etc it can also be used for indoor/outdoor sports areas.It also has a dance studio and a amazing work out area

I have been training here and would recommend it to anyone that wants to improve your quality of life. Optimum Fitness Formula has customized my exercise plan, given me knowledge about nutrition and provided a plan that is easy to follow. My progress is tracked and I am able to see results every week. It is a lifestyle change that I can be successful with.
