We originally ordered some of the in-the-wall components from them, and they were able to track and make sure everything was compliant. When a few of my selections wouldn't work, they were helpful in recommending alternatives that matched the style of other selections while also being considerate of cost considerations. All that saying, the prices were also incredibly competitive, and it feels great to support a locally owned small business. Highly recommend!”

“TLDR; Outstanding experience! (Paint department). Massive shout out to the amazing worker who was able to help me with my home improvement project. I came to Home Depot not knowing how to paint, and left confident enough to finish the project in one night. The young gentleman working in the paint department on Jan 18th, 2024 ~8p was extremely knowledgeable and gave me amazing advice. My bathroom turned out beautiful!! Everyone I spoke to showed kindness and compassion, which is rare these days.. I now found a new love for Home Depot and am excited to shop at this specific store again (I even came back for more paint!!)”

“The staff is absolutely wonderful. They answered all my questions and directed me to the ice melt section without any issues. They also allowed me to leave the cash register and come back to get an additional box of ice melt and were patient and waited (this was around 7am so barely any customers were in the store). The staff was smiling and had a great energy for being super early in the morning. This was also the final store where I could find pet-safe ice melt, I went to 4 prior and found nothing. Menards is the best!”

“Had a great experience using closet works! We started out at the showroom to get a grasp of what we were looking for for our closets. Once we had a good idea a designer came out and measured everything and confirmed everything we needed for the closets. The closet space was particularly tricky because we have angled ceilings. She (Lisa) created a beautiful layout that we got to approve before all pieces went into production. The closets took 11 weeks to be produced (due to Covid the wait times were longer but this was very clearly communicated to us throughout the process). 11 weeks later an installer showed up and did an amazing job (I wish I’d gotten his name because he was so good and professional). One shelf was damaged in shipping, so they came out about a week later to replace it free of charge. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up the space afterwards which was surprising, I figured there would be dust and whatnot but all I had to do was a light mopping (I could tell he tried to wipe up the area as much as possible with rags). Overall I am so happy with closet works service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend.”

“With the help of David Sandoval we just replaced our old bay windows with new Marvin Infinity windows. He was very helpful and very fast to answer any questions. And the windows look amazing !!I thought the whole process will take the whole day but the team was done with everything and out the door in less than 4 hours.The caulking work around the windows on the inside was impeccable and I am very picky when it comes to details. Everything was done to perfection. I was impressed. I love these windows!Thinking of replacing more of the old windows with Marvin Infinity.”

“50/50 chance to find what you want within 15 mins. 25% chance to find someone to help you find anything without an attitude. 10% chance to find someone that knows more about what you need than you do! lol.And 100% chance the person that helps you will use the same app that I just used and be just as confused as I am. Seriously, I’m usually there for a minimum of 30 mins to get nuts and bolts… you know in those drawers that have nuts and bolts already torn open (stolen) before I got there and no one replenished the stock or took out the empty bags. Regardless, I keep going back. Why? They offer military discounts (10%) and I appreciate that. Bottom line, I eventually find what I’m looking for 90% of the time, it’s just never quick!”

“Girl at the return counter was very nice, but wouldn’t allow me to exchange an item for the correct item, which is significantly higher priced. I told her i would pay the difference, but they will not do any exchanges without the receipt. The service was fine, but that policy should allow exchanges, esp when the new item is $100 more.”

“The AKB team is just top-notch. In late 2020, they redesigned two bathrooms and a kitchen for me. The end results were incredible! They were fun to work with, supportive along the entire process from design, manufacturing, and installation. And when there were elements involved that they did not sell (fixtures, appliances, etc.) they helped with referrals to others in the area that they had great working relationships with.I sold the condo they helped me re-design earlier this year, and I miss it everyday! I look forward to the day we renovate our house, just to work with the AKB team again.”

She was very helpful providing options during our initial appointment/visit, working through options within our budget, and was available throughout the day and sometimes even in the evenings when we had questions regarding our order, ship dates, etc. Frustratingly, there were some hiccups due to manufacturer's ship dates and availability, but she was responsive and helpful in providing alternate solutions.”

“Went to Lowe’s to buy a snowblower, upon walking in Mr. Steve asked me if I needed any help. I had mentioned I was looking for a gas powered snowblower and he showed me what was available. Mr. Steve took the time to educate me with the different types of snowblowers and features. After a lengthy conversation with many questions I ended up purchasing a electric snowblower. Not only did I leave with a new snowblower I left with a better understanding of snowblowers. I really appreciated the time Mr. Steve took to help me out, not once did I feel rushed or pressured. I definitely will be shopping here again, thank you Lowe’s for a great experience.”

“My wife and I had order tiles for our bathroom for curb side pickup and we were having an issue with the system showing them as being ready for pickup but when we arrived it looked like they weren't on the order anymore. We worked with Victor and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got our complete order. Victor and Alex then both loaded up a car with all the heavy boxes and despite it being terribly cold, they were so kind and helpful! Although I’ve seen a clear staffing shortage and a lack of knowledge in the employees over the last few years. It’s big, sometimes help is hard to find, an employee may be surly.I haven’t checked, but I’m guessing the review rating of this place is somewhere around 3. When something bad havens, people are quick to leave feedback. But when it’s good we just carry on with our day.I really like this Home Depot. The staff is filled with a lot of young people who are quite pleasant and competent. True, it may be hard to find stuff but the place is big. And prices are low; I don’t expect to find contractors working there with 25 years of experience!I recently rented a truck for 3 hours and 43 minutes. It cost me 80 bucks plus tax. That’s about 20 dollars an hour. That’s great. And the truck drove well, and was in good condition. It was a comfy ride and big. The young man at the rental desk was very nice on a very cold day.I asked a woman for help solving a problem. She walked me around the store until we found the perfect solution: a roll of insulation. I wish I had gotten her name. Any way, she knew the store and put on her thinking cap until we found just what I needed.Another young woman helped me find a washer in plumbing. Now it may be easy to dismiss a young Latina with a fancy hair style as not being a competent plumber, but she knew her area that’s for sure.The tool area in this store is big and the aisles are wide, which I’m not used to at a Home Depot.This store is around the corner from a nice mall as well.I get what I need at this Home Depot quickly and at a good price. The shopping experience is good. What more do I need from a store? Nothing.Thanks, Home Depot! And thanks rental guy and Latina gal and air conditioner insulation gal. You’re a credit to your company. If I find out their names I’ll let the company know that they’re doing well.”

“I go to this location prob 2-3x a week over the last 3 months. Everyone does the best they can for being a high volume location pinned against a strips of fast food. Other HD near by are out of red mulch, stones, gutters or just random stuff but this location runs out and restocks. I was behind a woman whom was returning flowers and complaining for over 20-25 minutes because she planted them in March and didn't cover or any other protection. It was mid June when she decided to go "Karen" on everyone in the store and talk to the manager's manager's manager. I was expecting her to ask for the Home Depot board members' personal information next.Customers just need to chill out and get over themselves. Curbside pickup is easy as you can put in your spot location on your order login or text it. This location also has a wider selection of crown molding that others done near by. I would like to add an employee named Greg who was picking online / curbside orders I'm guessing was super helpful and charming on my last visit. He helped me located some patio furniture that comes in multiple boxes and give us inventory levels at the Randhurst location. Put on your mask, shut up and give the employees a break cause we're all in this together.”
