Poor customer service didnt tell me if my order was processed although my package came in. The customer service rep didnt want to release my package to me although my package was ready for delivery the following morning.

Deserves 5 stars but this one lady her name is Sunny. She is very mean and has a bad attitude and i fear she can get her a** whooped if she came at the wrong person on the wrong day
