“We recently moved here 6 months ago. I have been inside this post office a few times and I have always been impressed with the courtesy the employees have shown me. They always had answers to my questions and I feel so comfortable going in there. I came from a bigger town where there were times I had to stand in a long line to be waited on. The last time right before Christmas I had run into my old home town on business and had a package to mail. The line there was so long but thought I would wait behind everyone. After 10 minutes and being there was still 8 people in front of me, I decided to run to my new post office in Neoga. Walked right in and within 2 minutes I had my package taken care of.This small town post office has surprised me in that I have never had to wait for more than a minute.”

“This USPS is convenient to my work location so I frequent it often. The parking lot has about six or seven spots so if the post office is crowded you will most often have to park on the street. They offer a drive up to drop off your envelopes and a PO Box if you need a mailbox. The inside is always clean and well stocked with mailing supplies. You will most often wait in line to be serviced at the desk for mailing packages, but it is normally less than five minutes. The customer service agents are for the most friendly. I am a fan of this USPS office and I will continue to frequent.”
