I called service department that afternoon and was given appointment for Thursday morning to find the issue. In less than an hour, service check was complete and I was on my way. “Thank you, gentlemen, for treating me with kindness and doing a complete diagnostic test on my 2017 Landrover Discovery. As I mentioned when I lived in Tennessee, I had my trusted import mechanic shop for over 12 years. If they weren't so far away, I would still be going there, lol. Since I moved to the area, I have been frustrated with having to make a 1 hr round trip to the dealership for the simplest things. (Not everyone wants to touch a Landrover). If I needed something done, I would have to leave my car for weeks due to parts not being available or the first available appointments months out. One time, I had to leave my car for 5 months and pay for a rental car because the dealership didn't have any available. My military friends told me that your shop is reliable, professional, and courteous. Everything they said was true. I will be back ?. So far, my car is running great. Have a fantabulous day.
