“I recently had my Volkswagen Tiguan in for a repair on my back bumper. Unfortunately when I was visiting my father in-law at his assisted living center I received some pretty nasty scratches on my bumper. Of course the person doing the damage left no information. I scheduled an appointment with Collision XS and they completed the work on time and within the price quoted. Bumper looks like new and they were really easy to work with as I paid out of pocket. I would highly recommend theme to anyone in need of repairs.”

“Awesome shop. We broke down 6 hours from home on a family trip and they were able to squeeze us in to diagnose our truck. Once we figured out it needed major work they helped us get to a hotel so we could work other vehicle arrangements. I flew back into town a few weeks later to pick up the truck and they even picked me up from the local metro station. They were honest with the engine repairs and kept us updated the whole time.”

“I just happened to be driving by this shop when I watched my tire pressure drop from 40 down to 10 due to running over something with the square construction. I saw the AC Delco sign and pulled in Friederich Auto & Radiator praying they could help. The owner, Glenn & his 2 automotive techs said no problem, we don't want you driving an unsafe vehicle. “Front tire cut on I-55 bridge from St.Louis into Illinois. Had to take Hwy 3 into one of the top crime zones of the country. The tow driver knew the area and exactly where I was sitting. He recovered me and my car in 15 minutes. Took great care with loading my Tesla and dropping it safely in O’Fallon, IL. A knowledgeable and friendly tow truck driver. Not sure $420 was fair or market rate for 8:30pm on Friday and towing 16 miles. I realize loading and unloading labor is a more static fee. I’d call them again in the same situation but I’m going to look into AAA.”

“Super satisfied with my first visit to Duffy's. My car is old, the AC wasn't blowing cold air, and we're about to make a 10-hour roundtrip in July. I called Duffy's on a Wednesday afternoon hoping (and not expecting) that they would be able to squeeze me in to get a freon recharge before our early Friday morning departure. Duffy, the owner, told me that if I dropped off my car that same night, he could have it ready for me in the morning. Come Thursday morning, I get the word that my car is ready for pick up! Duffy told me that the air is blowing cold, not cool. That was quite reassuring and it proved to be true once I got in my car and drove off. Duffy's work was a savior for our hot road trip in this July heat. I told him this much and he said that I got lucky because there was only an opening because someone canceled last minute and he didn't have any more availability until the next week.Gotta love a dependable mechanic, will definitely be back. Prices were fair as well.”
