I can not express how wonderful this jeweler is. Mary, Liliana and Tim went beyond with outstanding service and professionalism in a delicate situation. My family will be forever customers in all our jewelry needs. Highly recommend this local, small business. They are one of the good ones.

Outstanding service! Liliana is fantastic! I was searching for a jeweler who repairs items on premises which this jeweler does. I presented the items I wanted to transform into a custom pendant. Liliana helped with the design and discussed with Tim who did a spectacular job of transforming the individual pieces into a pendant including a custom bale he made himself. Liliana also helped me pick a nice chain to put the pendant on. Very fair pricing considering the quality of the work done and also for paying such huge attention to fine details. I would give them ten stars if I could. Very classy business, I would not hesitate to return should the need arise. I highly recommend this store.

The reason I’m giving an average rating is that the lady Liliana is extremely rude, doesn’t listen to what I was trying to say, instead she hung up on me, and then I sent my son to collect my necklace, I called him on his phone to talk to her n and she barely listened to me n she hung up again!She should be fired in my opinion n thinks as she is the owner!Both Elizabeth n Mary were nice to talk to me but there is lack of communication on their end!I had requested Elizabeth to have the owners be made of this and to have them call me to which no call from owners were made!I was told by Elizabeth that they would fix this as a courtesy, but when I went to pick up I was told by Mary that I need to pay! She said they would be out of business if they paid like this!Again seriously n Clearly lack of communication between the folks that work there!Very disappointing that the way Lilliana talked n no wonder the low ratings given are by her poor service! I’ve had good service in the past n came with high recommendation from the Kramers, but I’ll have to rethink now.

Just used them for watch repair and battery replacement. The cost was extremely reasonable and was done very quickly even though the watchband adjustment was not an easy fix. The two ladies in the store were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to visiting this business again in the future.

Over priced and dishonest. They overcharged me on a ring repair, and told me a watch i needed repaired didnt need what I knew it needed. I ended up fixing it myself, and it works fine. They also told me they wouldn't work on my invicta watch, but when I went back to pick up my repair, they were working on one and had another waiting. I don't recommend this place at all.

I went in to get two rings put together into one ring. (They were a size 8 1/2 ). Went back to pick up the ring(s) and couldn't get them on. The salesgirl (who I knew as I've shopped there for years ) put it on a ring slide and it was a 6 1/2!!! She told the owner who said they could fix it, but charged me to fix their mistake with the sizing ! Seriously?! Salesgirl told him they fit me when I dropped them off as I took them off my finger in front of her. Never ever again. To charge a client to fix their mistake?!

My (now) husband proposed to me early March with a ceramic ring due to a skin sensitivity I’ve always had on my hands. We planned on picking another out together with a metal that wouldn't bother my skin. That was the first time I’ve ever looked at engagement rings so I had no idea where to even begin. Bailey at Timothy Grant helped me every step of the way. Explained to me the differences in rings, metals, stones, shape, color, etc. She helped me pick out the most perfect engagement ring and wedding band to go with it! Throughout the entire process, Bailey answered all of my phone calls and emails very efficiently. I was very glad to give business to a local family owned store. I might have to go back for a size adjustment, but otherwise I have no complaints. Highly recommend and will go there for jewelry needs in the future.

I have been going to this jeweler for many years. I have had appraisals done there, watch repairs and have purchased jewelry. The people who work there are fantastic! Even though I have moved out of Schaumburg I still go there for repairs and shopping. I trust them completely.

I needed to get a ring repaired and it's a very important family heirloom, so I refused to go someplace that sends their jewelry out for repairs. I wanted someplace that repairs were done on site and that's how I ended up here! The ring was repaired and cleaned beautifully, and the price was so reasonable I don't even remember what I paid. I also went back to get the ring appraised for insurance purposes, and it was such an easy process. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, I will never use another jeweler!!

Took a Tag Heuer watch here for a new battery. I saw the lady had trouble removing the case back and her tool slipped scratching it. She returned it w/o saying anything so I pointed it out. She mentioned she removed the gasket and I asked if she replaced it. She did not but did so upon being asked and did not charge me for it and seemed genuinely sorry for her mistakes and as I don't plan to sell the watch and the scratch is on the back thats ok. However OTOH the job should be done correctly and it was not.

I felt patronized when walking in to ask about pricing some items and if they offered resales. No one even acknowledged my existence when walking in. I stood there for 20 minutes while one woman was behind the counter and another was helping a customer. They both saw me and smirked with masks beneath their chins. Why? Was I not fashionably dressed for your tastes? I was dressed like anyone else. Snobbery galore.

Had my ring resized that I bought from Macy's! I typically wear a size 6, but she still confirmed and checked to make sure the size 6 fit me with their ring sizer. Low and behold it was a little small and was able to size me correctly! They were very quick to get the ring resized, and the ring fit perfectly! Thank you!
