Just used them for watch repair and battery replacement. The cost was extremely reasonable and was done very quickly even though the watchband adjustment was not an easy fix. The two ladies in the store were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to visiting this business again in the future.

I have been going to this jeweler for many years. I have had appraisals done there, watch repairs and have purchased jewelry. The people who work there are fantastic! Even though I have moved out of Schaumburg I still go there for repairs and shopping. I trust them completely.

They able to repair my ring no problem and quickly at what I thought was an affordable price. Everyone was super nice and helpful, provided information about the original damage to my ring.
