“Everyone at Panache was extremely helpful and even worked with me on my budget. I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”

They have a ton of amazing jewelry, and they even will make you anything custom. Their prices are amazing and fair and speaks volumes on how they have been open for so long. “The staff is helpful, however, I can’t recommend Kay Jewelers. I purchased a $2k bracelet including warranty. The bracelet clasp has broken twice already and been serviced twice. Recently, I took the bracelet to get serviced because the link broke - upon return, I noticed the bracelet came back with missing stones and links. Not only was the bracelet now missing stones and links, the clasp also looked to have been burnt during the repair. The staff returned the bracelet, only to receive it returned in the same condition - missing stones and links. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to get my bracelet back.

“I recently received a necklace from this store as a gift from my boyfriend. I was wearing the necklace for less than a day and it had broke. I contacted customer service and they were SUPER helpful and very nice. She helped me get a replacement one shipped to me so that i didn’t have to drive an hour away to get it. “Brighton is one of my favorite stores ever! The ladies that run this store make you feel like your the most important person in the place. After patronizing the store for many years I have grown a great fondness for Trisha and Luanne, who to me are always very sweet and extremely helpful to me. Actually all the ladies that work there are, but over the years I have built a special bond with the two of them. The jewelry there is beautiful and one of a kind, something that when you wear it people notice, and I always get compliments on. They also carry purses, shoes and other accessories. They are located in the Woodfield mall near the Nordstrom annex. Also one other little perk is, they always offer you a free bottle of water that has a beautiful motif on it. So if your looking for something special and truly unique this place will definitely have something you'll like.In case you haven't noticed, again it is truly one of my favorite places to shop.One very happy customer,Marion Pauline”

“Juliana at the Woodfield store was over the top helpful. I came in with a beanie hat that my daughter received for christmas that I wanted to return but I did not have a receipt. Figured I'd get store credit. However she could not find it in her system to process it and there were non in the store. She took down my phone number and put a notice out to all the other stores to see if they had that beanie in stock to get a sku so we can return it. She called me back a week later to no avail which is unfortunate but understood. I appreciate that Juliana kept me on her radar to do the best that she could to help the situation.
