My car was originally at another shop who caused significant damage due to their shoddy and scummy work and is now paying Serra to fix. A friend recommended Donnie and CC to steer me in the right direction as he had the same thing with the same company happen. The staff at Serra/Champaign Collison advocated for me with my insurance and the other body shop. I am blown away by the integrity, almost chokes me up how they defended me. “I have used Gallo-Miller in the past after hitting a deer with a previous vehicle and they did and amazing job fixing it in a timely manner. Most recently, I was rear-ended and they got me a same day repair estimate & communicated with my insurance. They then scheduled the work and had all parts ready ahead of time. They even called the rental car company to pick me up when I initially dropped my vehicle off. Lastly they completed the repair a week sooner than expected and I would venture to say that my car operates better than before my accident. Doug Kerans updated me throughout the entire process and was very professional and helpful from the moment I walked in the door, until I picked up my car. He even helped me obtain a rental car. Terra was super sweet and was willing to do whatever she could to handle any insurance issues or problems from the other insurance company (other person at fault). Good customer service is hard to find these days. Every single person I spoke with went above & beyond to help out. Everyone was super nice, extremely professional, they offered suggestions and helped me out as well. If I ever need these types of repairs again, I will definitely be returning to Caliber. “If you’re looking for a miracle, here’s your place. Charlie and the guys really saved my life this summer, by repairing my car. I was quoted 6-10k through my insurance and other repair shops throughout the CU area, many not accepting credit card as a form of payment. Not only do they accept major credit cards with little to know percentage fee, they also charged a little over a third of what I was being quoted prior to. Even with a mishap in pieces and inflation, Charlie stayed true to his quote and diligently worked to seamlessly repair my vehicle. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend these guys, they were extremely personable and professional. & I truly appreciate their services.”
