I came in with my daughter and we had amazing customer service one of the girls there I believe her name was jade was o helpful. She made my daughter feel so confident with the dresses she picked out. The store was clean and organized will definitely be coming back with my wife to help our daughter pick out her prom dress

Need to speak to someone who is over the manager purchase a dress and came back to return it and she was rude not wanting to help me at all with options !! No body told me about final sale no refunds for the purchase !!

It’s the cleanest most organized Windsor I’ve ever shopped at. The employees are all super friendly and more than helpful unlike other locations I’ve been to.
